Well-chosen products from our favourite producers
Brasserie de la Mule
Located a stone’s throw from our kitchen, La Mule revives the Schaerbeek brewing tradition with a real pleasure in brewing. Their beers are fresh, straightforward and well-balanced. And for the record: they’ve even created a cuvée just for us, Belgoublond – a subtly hopped, all favourite lager.
Domaine du Chenoy
A committed Belgian vineyard, this estate has been certified organic since 2019. The estate has chosen interspecific grape varieties adapted to our climate. The result: reds, whites and bubbles that are out of the ordinary, but true to our Belgian terroir!
Ardent Spirits
Since 2018, this Liège-based company has been offering a range of organic and local spirits, produced in collaboration with artisan distilleries. Their products include gins, rums, whiskies, pastis, vodkas and amaros, all made from 100% natural ingredients, all in Belgium!
Ferme du Censier
Here, the eggs are laid by free-range hens, each with over 4 m² of grassland. They are fed exclusively with local organic cereals, for healthy, traceable eggs.
Ferme d’Esclaye
Ferme d’Esclaye, in Beauraing, is a family-run organic farm that makes artisan cheeses from raw milk. There’s no over-automation here, just constant attention to quality, animal welfare and the natural world around them.
Buffl’Ardenne
The only people in Belgium to make mozzarella from buffalo milk! The result? A mozzarella with a subtle hazelnut flavour, made by hand, with a focus on animal welfare and short distribution channels.
Farm for Good
Changing the system, one farm at a time. Farm For Good supports farmers who focus on soil regeneration, animal welfare and extensive farming. Their meats are local, grass-fed, and based on a philosophy of transparency and respect for living things – from the meadow to the cut.
Graines de Curieux
This Belgian cooperative grows organic cereals that are a little forgotten but full of promise: small spelt, buckwheat, quinoa… Crops that require few inputs, fit in well with the rotation and offer a great local alternative to products from elsewhere.
Mad Lab
In Brussels, Mad Lab transforms brew leftovers into a smart aperitif. By recovering spent grain – cereals that have already been used to make beer – this traditional biscuit factory makes organic savoury crackers that are crunchy and full of flavour. It’s a simple idea: less waste, more flavour, and a truly local flavour.
Terroirist
A Brussels-based cooperative firmly rooted in its time, Terroirist gives food professionals easier access to organic and local produce. Their approach is based on respect for the living world, the promotion of short distribution channels and a genuine link with the farming community. Thanks to them, local vegetables reach our menus, in complete transparency.
Mochocolate
From cocoa to bars, MO Chocolate does it all. This Belgian chocolaterie works exclusively with organic and fair-trade beans, sourced directly from local cooperatives. Their bean-to-bar approach guarantees complete traceability, with respect for the planet and the producers. The result is a chocolate that is artisanal, simple, good and made according to the rules.
Nok
Organic, committed Belgian nuts. That’s the promise of nOk, the first brand of its kind in the country. Behind this initiative is a desire to make walnuts a local fruit that is accessible, healthy and cultivated with respect for the living world.
Beelgium
Local honey and hope for bees. Beelgium supports local beekeepers and helps those who dream of becoming one. Through its beehives, the initiative defends traditional beekeeping that is joyful and rooted in the local area. A little goes a long way.
Biovibe
At Biovibe, we grow organic produce with conviction. Our farming practices are designed to respect the earth, nurture biodiversity and produce natural, true products. It’s a simple way of doing things the right way, allowing crops to grow at their own pace.
Herbea
A specialist in organic aromatic herbs, Herbéa works hand in hand with the seasons. Each plant is gently cultivated, with particular attention paid to its natural cycle. Perfect for adding freshness and flavour to every dish, without forcing nature.
J J Looze
We love this Belgian coffee roaster, who perpetuates traditional know-how by hand-roasting her coffees every week. They offer a wide range of 100% Arabica coffees, with exclusive certified organic origins. By working closely with local producers, Cafés J.J. Looze guarantees optimum quality and is committed to a sustainable approach, favouring short supply chains and bulk products. Each sachet is ground to order, for maximum freshness.
Porc Qualité Ardenne (PQA)
Porc Qualité Ardenne (P.Q.A.) is a pork industry on a human scale, made up of farmers who want to produce differently. Their pigs are reared in good conditions, with a healthy diet and a real focus on quality. All this, without giving in to industrial standards.
Ferme de Montamy
Here, we have a coherent mixed farming-livestock model: cereals, vegetables, Aubrac cows, poultry… Everything is linked, everything is fed by the farm itself. Situated in a Natura 2000 area, the farm relies on natural cycles and maximum autonomy. It’s also the farm of the brother and sister-in-law of Corentin, co-founder of Belgobon!
Smile Kombucha
Focus on this Brussels-based microbrewery specialising in the artisanal production of organic, unpasteurised, low-sugar kombucha. Their kombuchas are made from raw ingredients, with no additives or preservatives, and with complete respect for the traditional fermentation process. Their range is varied and full of flavour: from the classic ‘Brut’ to more daring combinations like ‘Ginger & Passion’ or ‘Citrus & Hop’… It’s a true reflection of their creativity and passion for taste! Smile Kombucha is the winning combination: a modern, committed vision of the fermented beverage, combining pleasure, health and ethics.
At the counter everyday

Beautiful Tartelettes
Every week, Alexandre makes delicious tartlets for the counter. With seasonal fruits, pastry cream or a melt-in-the-mouth meringue, not to mention the chocolate and buckwheat version… One thing’s for sure, there’s something for everyone!

Mixed salads, ahoy!
In the kitchen, we are constantly brainstorming to create beautiful seasonal salads that are colourful, vibrant and, above all, delicious. We are very proud to offer you a different selection almost every day!

Homemade bread, baked on site for maximum crispiness!
Julien arrives very early in the kitchen every morning to knead the bread and baguettes. The dough balls are then transported to the counter by Antoine, where they finish rising before being baked by Mathilde in the shop’s oven. They are then displayed on the counter just for you, still warm!
It’s quite an operation, but what wouldn’t we do for some good, fresh bread?

Organic cheeses & charcuterie
In our shop, we offer a selection of 100% organic cheeses and charcuterie, carefully selected from our favorite producers. Ideal for high-quality aperitif platters or cheese and wine pairings, offering the best in taste and sensible products!
The best part? You can even choose the cheese or charcuterie you want in the sandwiches you order at the counter!

Would you like another slice?
Whether you prefer vanilla or pistachio, Alexandre’s flan is definitely a sure bet and a cake that everyone loves at the shop. It’s perfect for afternoon tea or dessert because it’s light and not too sweet.
For those of you who are really keen, you can even order a whole one to share… or not!

In vino veritas
We told you about our amazing cheeses, the undisputed stars of your cheese and wine parties!
Well, now you can pair them with our selection of fine organic wines, which Coco is (obviously) very excited to present to you! And guess what ? He’s the one who manages the selection.

Mini quiches
A few minutes in the oven, at home or at the counter if you want to eat them right away, then just prepare a small salad to go with them and voilà, it’s ready!
What’s more, we offer new varieties every week, depending on Julien’s inspiration. Pssst, veggies, we haven’t forgotten you! Every week, there is at least one vegetarian option.

Lasagnes au gratin, perfect for dinner !
Just Imagine… A winter evening after a long day at work. It’s cold, the fridge is empty, you can’t be bothered to go buy groceries and you don’t have the energy to cook. No worries, we’ve got you covered!
Our lasagna and other ultra-comforting gratin dishes are fresh and ready to eat! Seasonal vegetables, creamy béchamel sauce and golden cheese that’s crispy when it comes out of the oven… Convinced yet ?
Special mention for our lasagne Bolognese, the undisputed favourite that has been back every week since the counter opened!

Pecan brownies, or how to make chocolate even more delicious
Chocolate lovers, we haven’t forgotten you!
Another must-have from our counter is the brownie! Melt-in-the-mouth, with a delicious chocolate flavour (from a reputable source, too!) and crunchy pecans… We warn you, you won’t be able to stop at just one!
