Our deli

Since 2020, our organic deli has been welcoming you to our beautiful municipality of Schaerbeek. From Tuesday to Saturday, we offer you dishes prepared by our teams, as well as committed products that we have carefully selected for you.

You’ll find salads of the day, sourdough breads, filled sandwiches, gourmet pastries and biscuits, as well as homemade takeaway dishes.

Brasserie de la Mule

Located a stone’s throw from our kitchen, La Mule revives the Schaerbeek brewing tradition with a real pleasure in brewing. Their beers are fresh, straightforward and well-balanced. And for the record: they’ve even created a cuvée just for us, Belgoublond – a subtly hopped, all favourite lager.

Domaine du Chenoy

A committed Belgian vineyard, this estate has been certified organic since 2019. The estate has chosen interspecific grape varieties adapted to our climate. The result: reds, whites and bubbles that are out of the ordinary, but true to our Belgian terroir!

Ardent Spirits

Since 2018, this Liège-based company has been offering a range of organic and local spirits, produced in collaboration with artisan distilleries. Their products include gins, rums, whiskies, pastis, vodkas and amaros, all made from 100% natural ingredients, all in Belgium!

Ferme du Censier

Here, the eggs are laid by free-range hens, each with over 4 m² of grassland. They are fed exclusively with local organic cereals, for healthy, traceable eggs.

Ferme d’Esclaye

Ferme d’Esclaye, in Beauraing, is a family-run organic farm that makes artisan cheeses from raw milk. There’s no over-automation here, just constant attention to quality, animal welfare and the natural world around them.

Buffl’Ardenne

The only people in Belgium to make mozzarella from buffalo milk! The result? A mozzarella with a subtle hazelnut flavour, made by hand, with a focus on animal welfare and short distribution channels.

Farm for Good

Changing the system, one farm at a time. Farm For Good supports farmers who focus on soil regeneration, animal welfare and extensive farming. Their meats are local, grass-fed, and based on a philosophy of transparency and respect for living things – from the meadow to the cut.

Graines de Curieux

This Belgian cooperative grows organic cereals that are a little forgotten but full of promise: small spelt, buckwheat, quinoa… Crops that require few inputs, fit in well with the rotation and offer a great local alternative to products from elsewhere.

Mad Lab

In Brussels, Mad Lab transforms brew leftovers into a smart aperitif. By recovering spent grain – cereals that have already been used to make beer – this traditional biscuit factory makes organic savoury crackers that are crunchy and full of flavour. It’s a simple idea: less waste, more flavour, and a truly local flavour.

A Brussels-based cooperative firmly rooted in its time, Terroirist gives food professionals easier access to organic and local produce. Their approach is based on respect for the living world, the promotion of short distribution channels and a genuine link with the farming community. From cocoa to bars, MO Chocolate does it all. This Belgian chocolaterie works exclusively with organic and fair-trade beans, sourced directly from local cooperatives. Their bean-to-bar approach guarantees complete traceability, with respect for the planet and the producers. The result is a chocolate that is artisanal, simple, good and made according to the rules.

We love this Belgian coffee roaster, who perpetuates traditional know-how by hand-roasting her coffees every week. They offer a wide range of 100% Arabica coffees, with exclusive certified organic origins. By working closely with local producers, Cafés J.J. Looze guarantees optimum quality and is committed to a sustainable approach, favouring short supply chains and bulk products. Each sachet is ground to order, for maximum freshness.

Porc Qualité Ardenne (PQA)

Porc Qualité Ardenne (P.Q.A.) is a pork industry on a human scale, made up of farmers who want to produce differently. Their pigs are reared in good conditions, with a healthy diet and a real focus on quality. All this, without giving in to industrial standards.

Ferme de Montamy

Here, we have a coherent mixed farming-livestock model: cereals, vegetables, Aubrac cows, poultry… Everything is linked, everything is fed by the farm itself. Situated in a Natura 2000 area, the farm relies on natural cycles and maximum autonomy. It’s also the farm of the brother and sister-in-law of Corentin, co-founder of Belgobon!

Smile Kombucha

Focus on this Brussels-based microbrewery specialising in the artisanal production of organic, unpasteurised, low-sugar kombucha. Oh les belles tartelettes!

Toutes les semaines, Alexandre prépare de délicieuses tartelettes pour le comptoir. Aux fruits de saison, avec de la crème pâtissière ou une meringue fondante, sans oublier la version chocolat & sarrasin… Ce qui est sûr, c’est qu’il y en a pour tous les goûts !

Salades composées ohé ohé

En cuisine, ça brainstorme en permanence pour créer de belles salades de saison, colorées, peps et surtout hyper délicieuses. On est super fier·ères de vous en proposer des différentes quasi quotidiennement !

Du pain maison, cuit surplace pour un max de crousti !

Julien arrive très tôt en cuisine chaque matin pour pétrir le pain et les baguettes. Les pâtons sont ensuite transportés jusqu’au comptoir par Antoine, pour finir tranquillement de pousser avant d’être cuits par Mathilde dans le four du magasin. Ils sont ensuite disposés au comptoir rien que pour vous, encore chauds !

C’est toute une organisation, mais qu’est-ce qu’on ne ferait pas pour du bon pain bien frais ?

Fromages & charcut’ bio

Au comptoir, on vous propose une sélection de fromages et charcuteries 100% bio, sélectionnés avec soin chez nos producteur·rices préféré·es. L’idéal pour des plateaux apéros ou des cheese&wine de qualité, au top du goût et avec des produits sensés !

Le must ? Vous pouvez même choisir le fromage ou la charcuterie vous souhaitez dans les sandwichs que vous commandez au comptoir !

Vous reprendrez bien une petite part ?

Version vanille ou version pistache, le flan d’Alexandre, c’est définitivement une valeur sûre et un gâteau qui fait l’unanimité au comptoir. Pour un goûter ou un dessert, parce qu’il est léger et pas trop sucré.

Pour les plus convaincu·es d’entre-vous, sachez qu’il est même possible d’en commander un complet pour le partager… ou pas !

In vino veritas

On vous parlait de nos supers fromages, les stars incontestables de vos cheese & wine !

Et bien sachez qu’on a de quoi les accompagner avec notre sélection de bons vins bios, que Coco est (manifestement) très content de vous présenter ! En plus c’est lui qui gère la sélection.

Mini quiches

Quelques minutes au four, chez vous ou au comptoir si vous voulez les manger tout de suite, plus qu’à préparer une petite salade pour les accompagner et hop, c’est prêt !

En plus, on vous propose de nouvelles sortes chaque semaine, en fonction de l’inspiration de Julien. Pssst, les veggies, on ne vous oublie pas ! Chaque semaine, il y a au moins un choix végétarien.

Des lasagnes gratinées, parfaites pour le souper !

Imaginez-vous… Un soir d’hiver après une longue journée de boulot. Il fait froid, le frigo est vide, flemme de faire les courses et pas l’énergie de faire à manger. Pas de soucis, on s’occupe de tout !

Nos lasagnes et autre plats gratinés ultra réconfortants sont tout frais et prêts à être dégustés ! Des légumes de saison travaillés, des béchamels onctueuses et un fromage doré qui croustille à la sortie du four… C’est bon, on vous a convaincu ?

Mention spéciale pour notre lasagne bolognaise, l’indétrônable qui revient chaque semaine depuis l’ouverture du comptoir !

Brownies noix de pécan, ou comment sublîmer encore plus le chocolat

Chocolate lovers, on pense à vous !

Un autre incontournable de notre comptoir, c’est le brownie ! Fondant à coeur, un bon goût de chocolat (bien sourcé, qui plus est !)  et des noix de pécan croquantes… On vous prévient, vous n’en prendrez pas qu’une seule fois !

A tartiner, tremper et savourer, nos spreads sont là pour vous régaler ! Brandades et tartares de poisson, houmous de toutes les couleurs, tapenades, spread de légumes, ou l’incontournable poulet curry, on vous propose un maximum de choix pour garnir vos sandwichs, ou composer un délicieux apéro original et sain, plein de bonnes choses !
