Have you hired a space for your event? Good news: Belgobon can get there by bike. Several partner venues are already opening their doors to us, because they love our concept that’s as mobile as it is responsible.

It’s hassle-free to set up, we often cook on site for greater freshness and less waste, and we help to create a lively, local and ecological atmosphere.

So that everything runs smoothly:

  • The venue must be located in Brussels
  • A minimum of 80 people is required for the walking dinner formulas
  • Access to water and electricity is required
  • Ideally, the space should be on one level so that our bikes can enter the room.

Bar and Tapas

Our mobile bar offers a well-chosen selection of craft drinks: homemade softs, microbrewery beers and brussels kombucha, as well as european and organic wines. all this is accompanied by a selection of crudités, hummus and Mad Lab

Cocktails & appetisers

Feel like something a little fancier? We’ll set up our bikes for your receptions, starting from a two-hour service. in addition to the bar and tapas option, we offer a choice of 5, 7 or 9 appetisers per person.

Walking dinner

Taking it up a notch? With our bike catering service, we can also offer you a complete meal in the form of small plates, served standing up, in 4 or 5 courses. our teams work on trailers that serve as worktops and prepare the dishes in front of you – a real live cooking service that will delight your guests!

Snacking

Fancy some comfort food for a hassle-free moment? Our quality snack formula offers you local and organic products, in the spirit of food trucks. pizzas, burgers, hot dogs… Everything is good on the bike!
